Parking

Here at Naturally Rae our parking is very limited. Please park in a designated Naturally Rae parking spot. Street parking is available along Osceola Ave and SE 3rd Street. If you are unable to find available parking, please call the office for assistance. 

Financial Responsibility

As a client of Naturally Rae Aesthetics and Wellness, you understand that you are responsible to pay in full at the time any services are rendered. We accept most major credit or debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.  We accept cash and checks. We do not accept insurance. We require you to maintain an active credit/debit card on file. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds on any used or unused procedures, service packages or series. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days for an original payment refund, or within 30 days for store credit.  

Booking Fee and Deposits

Booking Fee and deposits are applied toward services and will NOT BE REFUNDED DUE TO CANCELLATION, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask you kindly do so BEFORE 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time or your deposit will be KEPT as a cancellation fee. Appointment times are booked according to your scheduled procedure. Therefore, the booking fee confirms your booking slot. Last minute cancellations do not allow sufficient time to fill the appointment gap. Please be respectful of the provider time, as we are respectful of your time and appointment scheduled after you.

Booking Fees are dependent on the service and Naturally Rae Aesthetics and Wellness reserve the right to change these fees at anytime. Deposits will be charged to card on file that you provide during booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable. The booking fee does not go towards future appointments. This fee is for the appointment time. Re-scheduling must be done  “24 hours” BEFORE your scheduled appointment time or your booking fee will be kept as a cancellation fee and a new booking fee will be required to reschedule. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within “less than” 48 hours will lose their booking fee. NO refunds, exchanges, or credit card charge backs will be accepted. If for any reason the payment does not process, you will be responsible for the owed deposit and billed. Future appointments cannot be made prior to resolving the deposit fee owed.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time as well as the provider’s valuable time. Every effort to perform your treatment in the remaining scheduled time will be made; however, if unable to do so, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 15 minutes late and charge the deposit fee to the credit card on file. 

By booking an appointment with Naturally Rae Aesthetics and Wellness, you understand and agree to the cancellation, late and refund policy terms & conditions.

Cancellation & No-Show Fee

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a charge of $50. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

 If you no show for your scheduled follow up appointment, your card on file will be CHARGED $50 to cover the providers time. If there is no card on file or the card declines a non-refundable $50 fee will be required to book any future appointments. If you no show for your scheduled procedure appointment, then your booking fee will be kept as a cancellation fee for the providers time.

We understand life happens and situations arrive. Please call or text the office as soon as you can to avoid fees.

Consultation Fee

If at the time of your appointment you decide you would not want to forward with any procedure your booking fee will be KEPT as a consultation fee for the provider’s time. You will have to the end of the business day to schedule your procedure and your original booking fee can be applied to services. If you schedule outside of this time period a new booking fee will be required.

Gift Vouchers

Naturally Rae provides gift vouchers at any value, allowing your guest the flexibility in choosing their Naturally Rae experience. Packages are also available for gifting. Gift vouchers cannot be returned, redeemed or refunded for cash. These vouchers are treated like cash. Once a voucher is redeemed, the value will be applied to personal account with Naturally Rae Aesthetics and Wellness to applied for future services. 

Children, Visitors & Pet Policy

Although we love children and pets, we DO NOT ALLOW PETS of any kind. Children are allowed but must be accompanied by someone to watch them while you are receiving treatment or well behaved in the treatment with you. We would want to avoid any injury to children and avoid disruption in the treatment room or lounge areas. Please plan accordingly prior to your appointment.

Visitors (ex: spouses, friends) are welcome to come; however, they must wait in the waiting lounge during your appointment. This policy is to ensure you get full attention during your procedure. Our offered procedures are very precise and require great concentration with attention to detail without distractions for the best results. If your visitor would like a consultation, they must have an appointment booked prior to arrival.
